Importance and Impact of Vastu Shastra in the Real Estate Sector

There are five elements of nature, namely, bhoomi, jal, vayu, agni and aaksha. Vastu Shastra is said to be the connection of human beings with these elements of nature.

Nowadays, most of the residential and commercial real estates are constructed following the Vastu Shastra in the hope of getting fruitful results from these five elements. According to the Vastu Shastra, by making little changes in the configuration of buildings and their interior, problems related to health, wealth, happiness and prosperity can be kept at bay.

According to the texts and ideologies of Vastu Shastra, the direction or orientation of a building should be properly planned as per the rotations and positions of the planets. Those buildings which are not constructed keeping the planetary positions and rotations as said in Vastu Shastra may become Vastu incompliant and may result in attracting invisible problems.

The Vastu Purusha Mandala describes a certain theory. According to it, all the eight directions, north, south, east, west, north-east, north-west, south-east and south-west are the conjunction points where the two basic directions meet. Vatu orientation refers to these eight directions.

Vastu experts offer professional advice to real estate firms as well as consumers regarding Vastu Shastra. Right from buying the most Vastu compliant plot of land which should be in a location and position which complies with the Vastu Shastra to designing interiors of offices and houses according to Vastu Shastra principles, Vastu Shastra governs vital decisions in the real estate sector nowadays.

The basic ideology of Vastu Shastra states that extracting the most out of nature in order to channelize maximum energy in each field of our lives is of prime importance. The real estate sector has adapted this ideology as well.
